Frequently Asked Questions
How do I reset my progress?
You can reset your progress in the app Settings. This will create a new anonymous user ID and clear all your puzzle history and statistics.
Can I transfer my progress to another device?
No, our anonymous authentication system means progress cannot be transferred between devices. Each installation is treated as a separate, independent account.
Why can't I see yesterday's puzzle?
Daily puzzles are available for 24 hours only. Once a new puzzle is released, previous puzzles are no longer accessible to maintain the daily challenge format.
How are leaderboards calculated?
Daily leaderboards rank users by completion time for that day's puzzle. All user IDs are anonymous, and rankings reset with each new daily puzzle.
Report a Bug or Issue
Found a bug in a puzzle or the app? We take these reports seriously! Please include:
- Which puzzle (date or description)
- What you expected vs. what happened
- Any error messages you saw
- Your device and app version
